This note says what we collect when you book a visit or join the early-slot list, and who at Wharf Row sees it.
What we collect
and who sees it
When you book an inspection we ask for your name, the building, the number of floors and an email address. When you join the 07:00 waiting list we ask for your name, the building and an email. If you call, the office diary takes the same kind of detail: who you are, which building, and how to reply. We use it to answer within one working day, to offer a slot at 07:00 or 18:00, and to send the written report after a visit. The report goes to the manager who met the technicians. We do not buy address lists, and we do not add you to the waiting list unless you asked. Elena Castellano handles scheduling. Samira Haddad sees the building name and the paper checklist when she writes. The technicians see the sheets for the hour they are on.
What we do
not publish
We do not publish your name, your email or your building’s private details on the site. The accounts of Alder House, Foundry Court and Meridian Yard name Priya Nair, Daniel Osei and Lucia Ferrante because those are the visits we describe in public. They are not a client list for anyone else to reuse. Messages stay with the office at 14 Wharf Row, Easterhaven, because the diary and the reports are how the next visit is planned. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct a name or an email, write to book@noboru-lifts.example or call +1 555 0142, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00. We reply within one working day. To leave the early-slot list, say so in that message and Elena will take the email off. We do not state a retention period in years. We have no such figure.
