An inspection hour is sixty minutes for one lift. Two technicians attend. They make five stops: the landing, the car, the pit, the machine and the lobby. They complete a 32-point checklist on paper. In the last ten minutes they return the lift to service and go through the findings with the manager. A written report follows within two working days. The first lift on a visit is $240. Each further lift on the same visit is $140 and has its own hour. Slots start at 07:00 or 18:00, Monday to Friday. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00. An inspection hour is not a statutory examination. Booking it does not produce a statutory certificate, and the written report is not one. The hour is the checklist and the conversation on paper, then the report Samira Haddad writes from those sheets. A fault noted during the hour is recorded. It is not repaired as part of the $240. A door adjustment visit is $320. A fault call-out within call-out hours, Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00, is $280. A monthly service agreement is $190 per lift per month. A written second opinion on a quote is $180. Those four are separate bookings. None of them is included merely because an inspection hour was booked. The checklist and the written report belong to the inspection hour and are not billed again.

We book office buildings of four to twelve floors. If the building falls outside that, we say so in the reply and we do not hold a slot. Each lift needs its own sixty minutes. We do not shorten the hour to fit several lifts into one morning. You are responsible for access to the landing, the pit and the machine room at the start, and for a manager who can hear the findings at the end. Fees are in US dollars and exclude tax. We do not quote a converted price. An invoice should show only lines from the six-item list. If you join the early-slot list, a message that a 07:00 hour has opened is an invitation to book, not a confirmed visit. The visit is confirmed when we reply to the booking. That reply is sent within one working day.
