Founded in 2011
Ines Varga founded Noboru Lifts in 2011 and is the lead inspector. She still goes out on the hour. The company is seven people, working for facilities managers and owners of office buildings of four to twelve floors. The office is 14 Wharf Row, Easterhaven. You can reach it at +1 555 0142 or book@noboru-lifts.example, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00. The shape of the work has stayed the same since 2011. Two technicians, sixty minutes, five stops, a 32-point checklist on paper, and a written report within two working days. Slots start at 07:00 or at 18:00. A booking is answered within one working day. The next free slot is Tuesday at 07:00. Ines reads the difficult sheets herself. The size of the team is the size of the visit.
Why the
checklist is paper
The checklist stays on paper so the manager can see each point during the hour. Thirty-two points, in eight groups, are marked at the stop where they are looked at. In the last ten minutes we read those marks together at the desk, before a written report exists. The report follows within two working days and matches the sheets. Samira Haddad writes it from the paper the technicians bring back. Foundry Court had an old lift and no paperwork. The sheets from that hour became its first written record. We work the same way when a building already has a file. The new pages join what is there. The manager has already heard them, on the day, from the same paper. That conversation is minutes 50 to 60, after the lift is back in service.

Seven people
Ines Varga is founder and lead inspector. Kofi Mensah is senior technician for doors. Naledi Dube is senior technician for controllers. Arjun Menon is technician for machine rooms. Marek Lindqvist is technician for pits and rails. Samira Haddad is the report writer. Elena Castellano is office and scheduling. Two technicians attend each lift. Who they are depends on the stops that matter that day: doors with Kofi, controllers with Naledi, a machine room with Arjun, a pit with Marek. Ines joins when the building needs the lead inspector. Samira does not travel for the hour. She writes from the sheets, and the report leaves within two working days. Elena keeps the slots at 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, and replies to a booking within one working day.

A day at
Wharf Row
The day starts at 06:30 at 14 Wharf Row. The vans are out by 06:40. The first lift is taken out of service at 07:00, which is the start of the early slot. Through the morning the hours run one lift at a time: sixty minutes, two technicians, five stops, the checklist on paper. Reports are written in the afternoon from those sheets. The second round starts at 18:00, the other time we take a lift out of service. Fault call-outs can still be answered until 19:00, Monday to Friday. When the office phone opens at 07:00, the first landing notice is already standing. Elena Castellano is who tells you which of those hours is still free. The notice on the front of the site currently reads Tuesday, 07:00.
