How much is delivery?
Delivery is free over €60. Under that, postage is a flat €7 in the EU and €16 elsewhere. We dispatch in two working days. After that, delivery inside the EU takes three to five working days, and delivery elsewhere takes six to ten working days. The address we post from is 17 Papierstraat, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. Parcels leave the counter at 16:30 on days we are open. Tuesday to Saturday is the open week. If you collect in person there is no postage. The free-delivery line is the same in every language on the site. It does not change for a cut sheet or for a notebook stitched that afternoon.
What can I return?
You can return an unopened pack within 30 days. Paper cut to size cannot be returned. That includes a sheet Joris cut on the mat, a card trimmed out of Grey Card, and an invitation cut from Cotton Rag. If you are not sure of the size, ask for a sample before the full cut. Samples are part of the morning at the counter. Write to hello@ayapaper.example about an unopened return, or bring the pack back to the shop in opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Tell us the paper, the pack size and whether the order was placed on the web or at the counter. We do not take back paper that has been written on, printed on or painted on.
