Where to write and where to walk in
The shop is at 17 Papierstraat, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. The email is hello@ayapaper.example. Write for a web order, an unopened return, a size you want cut, or a question about which of the six papers to bring home. Ravi Nair handles the web orders. Aya Mensah is on the counter if you would rather come in. You do not need a form. A short note with the paper, the pack and the size is enough. If the parcel is for an address outside the shop, say whether it is in the EU. Delivery is free over €60, otherwise €7 in the EU and €16 elsewhere. We dispatch in two working days.

When is the shop open?
The door is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Thursday has the paper clinic from 16:00 to 18:00, with Greta Lindholm. The rest of the day still runs. Deliveries are unpacked at 09:00, before the door opens. Samples are cut through the morning. Notebooks are stitched at 14:00. Parcels leave at 16:30. If you arrive after 16:30 you can still buy, but a parcel may wait for the next open day’s post.
The clinic is not a different entrance and not a different price list. Cutting to size and the kraft wrap stay free in clinic hours, as they are all week. An unopened return can come back to this address within 30 days.

How do I bring a sample?
Bring the piece you are matching to 17 Papierstraat during opening hours. A sheet, an envelope or a finished card is enough. Joris Van Acker cuts sample sets from the paper that fits the job. If you can only come late on Thursday, bring it to the clinic between 16:00 and 18:00 and talk to Greta. If you cannot come, send a photo description in words to hello@ayapaper.example and name the job: a long letter abroad, daily printing, a letter by hand, a fountain pen, a card, or an invitation.
We will say which of the six we would put on the mat. We will not invent a thickness reading from a description. The sample itself is cut in the shop.
