Complete fee schedule
We maintain a straightforward, fixed pricing structure across all services, quoted in Euros without hidden extras. A first call with the family coordinator lasts 15 minutes and is completely Free. A comprehensive first assessment with written report takes 90 minutes and costs €180. An individual therapy session lasts 45 minutes and is priced at €85. For ongoing care, a block of 8 sessions of 45 minutes each is €640, providing structured weekly support. A home practice review, conducted at the clinic or via video, lasts 30 minutes and costs €45. For professional voice users, our structured voice care course comprises 6 sessions of 45 minutes each for €480. Finally, a school or workplace visit lasts 60 minutes and is €120.

Booking a block of 8 sessions for €640 secures your designated therapist at the same weekly time slot, ensuring unbroken clinical momentum. For occupational voice users experiencing fatigue or hoarseness, our voice care course provides 6 sessions of 45 minutes for €480, addressing breath support, resonance, and vocal recovery. When therapy requires observing communication in authentic everyday environments, our therapists provide school or workplace visits for €120 per 60-minute session. These off-site consultations allow us to collaborate directly with classroom teachers or workplace colleagues, adapting desks, seating, and listening conditions to support practical communication success outside our clinic rooms.
Insurance receipts and cancellation policy
Navigating healthcare coverage should be simple and stress-free. Hibiki Speech provides itemised receipts for your insurer following every session or block payment, clearly detailing clinical service codes, therapist registration details, and appointment dates. While coverage levels vary across private health insurance policies, many providers reimburse speech and language therapy expenses when accompanied by our formal reports. Regarding scheduling, we ask that clients please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because our therapists reserve forty-five minutes exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be billed at the standard session fee. This policy protects our clinical diary and helps us uphold our two-week waiting time commitment.
