These terms apply to the ShipPress desktop app and this website, provided by Codotx, LLC (“we”). By downloading or using ShipPress you agree to them.

Provided as is

ShipPress is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may contain bugs, change, or stop working. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Price

The app is free today. We may introduce paid plans later; we will say so clearly before you are charged anything.

Your accounts and content

You are responsible for the AI, hosting and other third-party accounts you connect, for their fees, and for following their terms. You own the sites and content you create. Make sure you have the rights to the text and images you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use ShipPress to build sites that break the law or infringe other people’s rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Codotx, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or sites, arising from your use of ShipPress.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
