Fees
Standard Visit Rates
Our fees are transparent and fixed across all services. The initial 60-minute home assessment visit is $60. Subsequent nursing visits cost $48 for 30 minutes or $85 for 60 minutes. Rehabilitation visits with our physiotherapist or occupational therapist cost $70 for 40 minutes. Visits scheduled early or late (before 8:30 or after 18:00) carry an additional $15 per visit, while registered patients can maintain access to our 24-hour on-call line for $30 per month. Where your insurer has an agreement with us we send the bill to them; otherwise these are the self-pay prices. We give you a written estimate at the assessment visit.

Insurance
Insurance and Written Estimates
Understanding care costs in advance is vital for peace of mind. During your kitchen-table assessment, we evaluate whether your existing insurance provider holds an agreement with Tayori Nursing. If covered, we submit all billing claims directly to your insurer on your behalf. For private or self-pay arrangements, we present an itemized written estimate specifying expected visit lengths, visit frequencies, and total monthly costs before care begins.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
We understand that medical schedules, family obligations, and personal health can change unexpectedly. You may cancel or reschedule any planned visit free of charge provided you notify our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur the standard visit fee, as clinicians are reserved exclusively for your scheduled time slot.

Questions
Two common questions
How are billing and payment handled if I have insurance?
If your insurance company has an active billing agreement with Tayori Nursing, our office submits all paperwork and invoices directly to them following each round of visits. You will only receive a statement for co-payments or uncovered deductibles outlined in your agreement. If your insurer does not hold a direct contract with us, we supply standard itemized receipts so you can submit claims for reimbursement.
Are there extra fees for travel within Linden Vale?
We never charge travel fees or mileage surcharges for visits located within our designated 8 km service boundary around 14 Orchard Row. The visit rate agreed in your written plan covers travel entirely. The only potential supplement is the $15 per visit surcharge applied when you request care before 8:30 in the morning or after 18:00 in the evening.
