Kenji Michida opened a two-bay garage on J Street, and the family has kept the same promise since: say what you see, then fix it properly.
Kenji spent his first years under other people’s cars before he sold one. The service bay came first and the showroom followed, which is why a Michi car is still judged by what we would be willing to repair ourselves. His daughter Lena Michida-Hart runs the business today, and the garage on J Street is still the head site.
We sell new cars and approved used cars, and we look after the ones we sell. The same people who hand you the keys book your first service, so there is always someone who remembers what you asked for.
