Our service bench in Ghent is run by watchmaker Tomasz Wrona, handling diagnostic checks, regular maintenance, and complete overhauls. We keep our service terms transparent with fixed prices, stated turnaround times, and twelve months of warranty on every full service.
WHAT THE BENCH DOES
Tomasz Wrona manages our service bench at Klokstraat 12, offering eight clearly defined services at transparent prices. Counter visits and fittings of forty-five minutes are free by appointment.
Bracelet or strap sizing is €15, provided free with any watch purchased from our list. Fitting a strap change is €20. Every full service carries a 12-month warranty.

Timing check the same day. Full service takes 4–6 weeks. Warranty: 2 years on new watches, 12 months on pre-owned watches and on every full service.
HOW TO SEND A WATCH FOR SERVICE
01 Email hello@kaname-watches.example with the watch model, case size and the service you need.
02 We reply with packing guidance and a workshop reference number.
03 Pack the watch in a padded parcel without original boxes and send it by tracked, insured courier to Klokstraat 12, 9000 Ghent.
04 Tomasz confirms arrival, runs the timing diagnostics, completes the work within 4–6 weeks and returns the watch with 12 months of service warranty.
