We provide fully insured shipping throughout the European Union at a flat rate of €18, with complimentary delivery on all orders over €1,000. Jonas Albrecht manages packing and dispatch at Klokstraat 12 in Ghent, ensuring parcels are handed to our courier within two working days of purchase.
Every shipment is tracked and fully insured against transit loss or damage, with courier tracking details sent directly to your email as soon as the package leaves our premises.

DAYS TO RETURN · UNWORN, FILM ON
Every watch ordered online includes a fourteen-day return period starting from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the watch must remain unworn with its transparent protective film intact on both case and crystal.
All new watches on our short list come with a two-year warranty, while pre-owned watches and complete bench overhauls include twelve months of mechanical coverage. If warranty service is ever needed, Jonas coordinates insured return transport to Tomasz’s Ghent bench.
