A letter from the clinic
I started Hada in 2011 with two exam rooms and one idea: when a rash is worrying you, the person who looks at it should also be the person who explains it. Fifteen years on, that is still how we work.
You will meet the same small team at each visit. We look carefully, tell you what we see and what we do not yet know, and write the plan down before you leave. If a mole needs a second look in three months, we say so and book it.
Skin problems are common, ordinary and often slow to settle. We do not promise quick fixes. We promise time, clear words and a plan you can follow at home.

CONDITIONS
What brings people in
Most visits start with something ordinary: itchy skin, a spot that will not clear, a mole someone has noticed. These are the ten things we are asked about most.

Chapter 1
Skin checks, without the worry
Dr. Samuel Odum looks at the skin from scalp to soles with a handheld dermatoscope and, with your consent, photographs any mole so changes can be compared next time. You will hear what he sees as he goes, and what happens next.

Chapter 2
Eczema and everyday rashes
Dry, itchy, flaring skin is one of the most common reasons to see us. We look for what sets it off, agree a simple routine with plain products, and explain when a stronger treatment is worth trying and how to use it safely.

Chapter 3
Children’s skin
Dr. Mei Castellano sees babies, children and teenagers for birthmarks, eczema, warts and acne. Visits are unhurried, she talks to the child first, and parents leave with a written plan for home.
OUR DOCTORS
Four doctors, one team
Dr. Naomi Reyes, who wrote the letter above, sees adults with eczema, psoriasis and other long-term skin conditions. These are the colleagues you may meet.
