Taking a place at Kanjo College involves four structured steps. Step 01 is a free thirty-minute placement chat with our learner adviser, Leila Brandt, to discuss your background and study objectives. Step 02 is a forty-five-minute placement exercise, completed at our college or online, to assess foundational arithmetic and bookkeeping familiarity. In step 03, you select your specific paper and choose between our daytime or evening timetable. Finally, step 04 confirms your place through payment of the $150 deposit, which applies toward your tuition balance before classes begin.

The exercise

What Happens During the Placement Exercise?

The forty-five-minute placement exercise is an advisory assessment rather than a high-stakes examination. Designed by our faculty, it evaluates basic calculation skills, numerical accuracy, and intuitive ledger understanding. There is no pass or fail mark; rather, the results help Leila Brandt recommend whether you should begin with a Foundation paper or progress straight into Intermediate or Advanced coursework. You may complete the exercise in a quiet study room at 14 Corder Street or online from home under unproctored conditions prior to choosing your class times.
