Ruled fees, nothing carried over
All fees at Kanjo College are quoted in USD and cover complete term tuition for one paper. The initial placement chat and placement exercise are completely free of charge. Tuition for a Foundation paper is $640 for one term. An Intermediate paper is priced at $780 for one term. An Advanced paper costs $920 for one term. For external candidates or returning students seeking exam practice without classroom lectures, our stand-alone mock paper day is available for $85. Every fee includes thirty-six class hours, printed exercise sheets, and internal assessment marking.

A $150 deposit holds a place and counts toward the fee; the balance is due before week 1. Pay in three instalments without interest. Full refund before week 2.

Deposit and instalments
Securing a place on any paper requires a $150 deposit, which is credited directly toward your total tuition fee. The remaining balance may be settled before week one, or divided across three equal monthly instalments without any interest charges or finance fees. This instalment arrangement allows learners to spread tuition expenses evenly across the twelve-week term. Deposits and instalments can be paid through our administrative office at 14 Corder Street or via secure electronic bank transfer, making ongoing study manageable alongside monthly household expenses.
Refund
Full refund before week 2
We understand that personal circumstances and professional workloads can change unexpectedly. Students who need to withdraw from a paper receive a full tuition refund if written notice is submitted before the start of week two.
Employers
Employer invoices
For students sponsored by their organisations, Kanjo College issues formal employer invoices with standard corporate settlement terms. Our learner adviser, Leila Brandt, coordinates company billing arrangements directly with human resource departments, ensuring employer-sponsored candidates have their enrolments confirmed promptly prior to the first week of scheduled classes.
