Six people lead the teaching and the intake: the dean, the skills lab, the simulation ward, placements, bioscience, and admissions. Students appear in their own notes, not in this list.

Dr. Ingrid Solheim, Dean
Dr. Ingrid Solheim is Dean. She holds the short history of the college to the timetable: founded in 1987 as a two-room teaching ward, and still teaching by the hour. Her own line is: Founded in two rooms, we still order the day by the hour. The day is Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, in six stations from handover to debrief.
She is not presented here with a ranking, a prize, or a count of graduates placed in work. None of those figures exist on this site. What she answers for is the order of the college: the programmes, the 48 Diploma places a year, the lab ratio, and the public dates.

Tomás Arriaga RN, Head of the Skills Lab
Tomás Arriaga RN is Head of the Skills Lab. The lab hour at 10:30 is his station. The rule he states is the rule of the room: 6 students, 1 instructor, the same skill until it is steady. He does not run a circuit of skills inside the hour, and he does not move a group on to spare someone a mistake. Leila Haddad’s first-term story sits in his room for that reason.
The empty lab, beds made and curtains drawn back, is the room when his students have left. The simulation ward in the afternoon is not his post. That belongs to Yuna Seo.

Yuna Seo RN, simulation ward instructor
Yuna Seo RN is the simulation ward instructor. Her station is 13:30, the ward simulation, and she is still in the room for debrief from 15:30 until 16:30. A student at her station checks a drip stand beside a manikin in a bed. The scene is stopped when it needs to be stopped. Her line is: We stop the simulation and talk it through before we leave.
The new manikins in the simulation ward are noted on the notes page. The lab hour at 10:30 remains Tomás Arriaga’s. Yuna’s work begins when the day moves from the bench to the simulated ward, after lunch at 12:30.

Nadia Rahimi RN, placements lead
Nadia Rahimi RN is placements lead. She is responsible for the 1,400 supervised hours that run across the 3 years of the Diploma, split by year as 400, 450 and 550. The hours are spent with three partners: Wrenfield General Hospital, Northfield Community Health Centre, and Ashgrove Hospice. Her line is: The hours are supervised. Where you go is one of three partners.
A health check and a background check come before the first placement. Placement insurance is $140 per year. Nadia is not an admissions officer and does not read first statements. That is Marguerite Dubois.
Dr. Kwame Boateng, bioscience lecturer
Dr. Kwame Boateng lectures in bioscience. His station is 08:30, after handover practice and before the lab hour. The lecture room is seen from the back, and he stands beside a plain anatomical model. The hour is theory.
Students have just practised a verbal report at an empty bed, and they will be at a bench by 10:30, so his hour is the naming that sits between those two kinds of practice. Bioscience is the second station of every teaching day, Monday to Friday, for as long as the Diploma timetable keeps its present clock.
Marguerite Dubois, admissions officer
Marguerite Dubois is the admissions officer. Applications, statements and the path to interview pass her desk. The window she is about to run for the Diploma is Monday 15 February 2027 to Wednesday 31 March 2027, closing at 17:00 on the last day, with interviews in April 2027 and offers by Friday 14 May 2027. The application fee she will see is $60.
She does not teach the lab hour and she does not lead placements. Students who want a voice on this site in their own words will find Leila Haddad and Noah Petrov on the skills lab page, the placements page and the home page, not in the faculty list.
